Nice one. Youd better update your profile information over there <<<<

:)

Would be nice to see a graph from the dyno session. 375nm is about 275ish ftlb isn't it? Doesn't seem like a lot for all the work you have done to the car?

276.585387440811 ftlb actually, about the same as a diesel transit.

Hi might be, but dyno was made on LPS 3000 that is closed and nobody but the guys that maintain it can change settings, that others very often do on their dynos that are not closed. I see figures like 227Hp and 380Nm but I would like to see them on that table in Slovenia by Matjaz www.rsrmotorsport.com

And trust me that is real pšower and I can easilly overtake Audi S5 on start and go or in drive..

If someone has better dyno graph on K04-001 let me see!!!!!!!

Doubt that there is one without engine internals change!!!!emoticon-0105-wink.gifemoticon-0105-wink.gif

have to agree very good power and torque for a k04-001 well done buddy

ive got a hybrid k03s (k04 internals) with 305lbft 265bhp

hybrid uses k04-023 internals not k04-001

so the hybrid should see more power and more torque

across the whole range

ah right ;)

hybrid is a much much better idea more power more torque across the rev range but waisted on a car without good handling mods

Regarding hybrid.

Many disscussions but I found only JBS autodesign to be capable of delivering satisfactory quality and durability.

http://www.jbsautodesigns.co.uk/product/1739/jbs04-k03-hybrid-turbo

They criogenicly treat components-means more heat resistant, and uses Forge billet actuator with yellow spring from 0,6 to 0,9bar, when compressed on 0,9 or 1bar it delivers 300hp with my mods.

So I must say that your hybrid is nothing special!! Same power and slightly more torque, but remember I am running only 1.3bar boost, meaning less stress to the engine and longer life, I could easilly raise it to 1.4 or more but wont.

Other possibility is to take K04 RS6 hybrid-found it in USA together with Forge actuator and JetHot ceramic coating double layer from the inside and outside of the housing!!!

Tha's what I will be after, but only If I decide to go with stroker kit and large port head.

Otherwise my racing setup of drivetrain gives me great handling of the car.

Rear camber -1.5", toe +2 (instedad of factor 6)-openned it, front camber 2", toe -1, just missing now 8pot 330mm KSport brake kit with Performance Friction brake pads

I wasn't trying to be rude, and I've no idea what the difference is between a K04-001 and K04-023 blower.

From the quick look I had it seemed like you had done quite a lot of work on your car and I would have expected bigger numbers. But then what do numbers really mean? It's how it feels, and how it makes you feel that really matters!

dude dont belive the figures jbs have qouted because a hybrid k03s will NOT hit 300bhp or anywhere near that 280max has been seen with water meths and lots of advance on the timing

the only hybrids that have hit 300 bhp are the v1 k04 hybrids and not much over 300 they have brought out a v2 that was meant to be good for 350 but all its been so far is a big fail with the cars hitting the surge line

imo the power your running is perfect for the vrs with the handling mods it will be a weapon

Agree completely, 300hp is only PR but not real world.

What I am after now is BIG BRAKES, BUCKET SEATS and if I got lucky (read rich) racing transmision something like Quaife 6speed synchro mesh kit or the one from Eurospec or even better from Serbian guy who makes them in great quality for racers on Balkan.

That is a must, when you lose only 1000-1500rpm per shifting.
