Start a regular thread with an informative title.

Judging by the number of comments on the currently running 'Lego Wheels' thread you'll get enough responses to keep it on the first page.

Once its up and running a moderator may then pin it for you...

Spot someone in red (a moderator or administrator, and drop them a PM with the request and a link to the thread in question. Should get sorted then

Would suggest 'Lego Wheels' and the like isn't the best description, as I had no idea what the thread was going to be about! Thought it would be about a design of wheel, seeing as it's the *tyres* at fault due to alignment, not the *wheels* !
