Yeah TPS and the bloke is actually thick.He had to get someone else to use the computer as he was confused at the blank screen.The other guy promptly turned the monitor on!

Shame you don't live in Manchester! They are all (other than me) ex VW, Audi, Seat or Skoda Techicians or Parts guys who have been doing it for years!

Cheers. Their website gives the impression that they're too good to deal with the public and want garages etc as customers only.

As a general rule, VAG wants TPS to only deal with TRADE, hence the name. But seen as we stock a sight more than a dealer does, we are more than happy to deal with the general public if (and when) a dealer cant help.
