Hi everyone,

I have just had the clutch and dual mass flywheel replaced in my 04 plate fabia vrs. It just started to slip under hard acceleration, but I think it has done extremely well lasting approx. 25,000 miles of abuse on a map with a ridiculous torque spike.

I spent a while searching for the cheapest genuine Sachs complete kit (DMF, Clutch & Release bearing) and found that ebay have done it again! . For anyone interested the ebay item number is 320650346648.

Lets see how long this one will last!!

You could have got it cheaper at euro car parts

I think a genuine clutch kit is £150ish from vag parts, cant see a flywheel being £300, i know there expensive but still? :wonder:
