I have used Armor All for all my cars, and i really think it gives the plastic parts of the interior a nice finish.

What kind of experience do you have with the it?

I dont like the effect the shiney version gives, it reflects quiet badly in the windscreen. I much prefer the matt finish interior cleaners and wipes you can get that give an OEM appearence.

I used to use it but I now prefer a matt finish on internal and external plastics.

I don't use anything! Just wipe down with a damp cloth....Thats what i have done on all my cars and never had a problem. Can't stand anything remotely silicone on dash plastics....My dad picked up his Mk5 Gold at the tail end of last year and the dealers had coated the interior in it and it was shiny and not nice smelling. Megs APC worked well on it though!!

I use the low shine finish protectant/cleaner spray. I like it. Not that good at cleaning but leaves a nice finish. I don't like it all shiney

I used to use it years ago on a mk 2 Golf GTI, It worked well on the unpainted bumpers and wheelarch extensions but crap on the dashboard,too shiny.

The Armour All product brand has it's place in the market with some good products in the range, I think for me interior and exterior plastics dressing products have moved on and now you can buy products that give a shiney finish or others that give a matt finish, for me it's all down to personal preference, like jrw though, I personally don't use anything, just some Megs APC if needed a spot clean............ :yes:

The AutoGlym Plastics and Rubber stuff can be either Glossy or Matt, depending if you buff it off or not.

I prefer the non-glossy look, i like to be able to touch the dash without having sticky rubbish all over my fingers for the rest of the day !!

Not that the AG stuff is sticky rubbish.

Use the matt dashboard wipes, found them quite good.

I tend to use spray glass cleaner,leaves all the plastics clean and original.

I NEVER use products on the interior..

Its never the same again...

Only use a damp cloth..

Thats all you will EVER need!!!

True that works well until the brats get in the back with their coke cans and sweet wrappers, LOL.

The AG stuff has not changed the appearance or feel. I've used it twice in a year, the rest of the time i just noodle mitt the interior as the AG is antistatic.

Unless the nippers have stuck mud, milk, banana,wee everywhere.
