Hopefully my parents will be trading in their Golf gti for a fabia vRS so i can acutally get insurance so i can learn to drive. My mums still thinking about the Golf TDi as a replacement although my Dad is fairly convinced the vRS is the better option.

Yeh I'd also much rather have the fabia than the golf. Although its probably to powerful for my first car, it is cheaper than the golf and it seems far better kitted out than the S TDi.

fabia vrs is a cool car. i would love one for my first car. will probs end up with a felicia though.

I was 17 in november. We've tried insurance on the golf with both my parents on it and the cheapest we've had was over

The insurance would be in my dads name as it always has been for my mum and dad.

I would be in 6th form/year or 1st year college but i left school in summer planning on getting a job, however i broke my elbow mountain biking just at the end of summer. So I've only got round to applying for jobs now that its better and back to strength.

kool. Well me being me decided to go to 6th form instead of getting a job but i did have a part time job. i prefer 6th form!!! lol. ouch-sounds painful breaking your elbow. poor you.
