2 quickies. Are the glass fibre and plastic panels on a fun supposed to be that awful shade or does it happen with age? Thought it would look better if I sprayed it all the same bright yellow.

What holds the sill covers to the sills? Need to clean out the joint to the rear quarters.

the skirts and arch mouldings are bonded on with some pretty obnoxious glue rolo me old chum, they are near-on impossible to get off without busting them :wonder:

i seem to remember the bed trims and rear cab hood thingy having a different paint code so i guess they are supposed to be different

Yeah, the body is "Fun Yellow" and the trims are a darker mustard colour. Thank god we didn't get any of the ones with yellow body and green trims over here!

Most of the body adhesives are apparently silicon based. Judging from the books (where the recommendation is to cut through it first), a sharp flexible knife or cheese wire-type thing is your best bet.
