Rear Windscreen Washer Clogging Up

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Wonder if you could help please.

Every time we get to Winter and it gets cold and icy etc. once it starts to warm up and improve i find i cannot use my rear screen washer. it sounds like water is coming out but nothing out of the jets.

If i get a pin and move it around a bit water eventually comes out but i don't want to be doing this every time.

Is this a common fault or do my jets needs a good clearthrough.

Any suggestions would be fab B)

Cheers

Are you using proper Skoda Screen wash?

If not this will be the cause of your jet's blocking.

This thread has been done to death but i still have the same problem, yes i do use Skoda fluid and also i have drilled the wiper cver openinga bit as when i looked at it the jet was hitting the cover and still it dribbles out. When taking the wiper off it squirts right over the screen, that is when it is not blocked.
