Phillips X-Treme Vision

Featured Replies

Not sure if this is in the right section but I changed the standard Octavia headlight bulbs yesterday to the new Phillips X-Treme Vision and Ive got to say WOW totally different driving experiance.

The road really is lit up 100% more and its a very bright white.

Anyone looking for a simple bulb change over HID's wouldnt do wrong by purchasing

II put a set of these in my wife's car on Tuesday night... - i put in H7R 35watt HID's almost two years ago, but they have always left a dark-spot (almost a square) in the middle of the light pattern, which i've never really been happy with.

I've had it out in the dark, and for halogen lights, i'm impressed, much more light than standard H7 bulbs, but the colour is not what i'm used too, it's still very yellow... altho, now it's back to being Legal for road use! :D

Compared to 5000' HID's, most things are yellow! they are whiter than standard Halogens tho...
