change of colour anybody?

Featured Replies

hi folks, does anybody know if you need to notify the the insurance company of a change of colour of a vehicle? i've sent the v5 off to the swansea rob-a-lot crew (dvla) and that's all sorted but i don't think i can face the 2 hours on the phone to a kitchen in mumbai to the insurance monkeys :dull:

I dont recall the colour of the car being asked as a question.

Perhaps they may class a change of colour as a modification to the vehicle?

I would tell the insurance company anyway, just for peace of mind, although I wouldn't expect it to affect the premium

Cheers
