I like the shape of the standard exhaust so would preferably like something similar.

the tailpipe is an oval very simular to the OE systems and afaik its the only option they do unless you go for a full custom one off job.

The biggest plus Ive found with the Blueflame system is the noise, Its a nice burble when driving gently but sounds kind of good when you wind it up

can they do i pipe 'off the shelf' with a normal pipe instead of the cat but same length etc as the cat so i can have it made and delivered to jabba in time for fitting?

Suggest you give them a call, Last time I went up they didnt have any patterns for the 4x4 as they are different to the RS & systems had to be bespoke but things may have changed

The 4x4 system is still a custom job. I'm booked in for one next week. See my post here.

Eddy, If your cars in they might be able to make 2 at the same time using your car as a template although thats going to extend your stay.

Should have the holes to screw in the lamba sensors.

No reported CEL light from the using 100cel cat as far as I know.
