Test Drives

Featured Replies

Ok decided to buy new petrol vrs but no petrol model available at my local skoda to test drive.

Now two others have used in stock.one 17 miles away is a 2006 the other a 2010 but it is 40 miles away.

Is it worth driving the extra distance to test in a new model or would the 2006 give a decent representation

off how the new model will drive?

Thx

the newer TSI is a bit gruntier mid range, smoother and more economical. So you could drive either aslong a syou take it into account. Also consider the 2006 is 5 years old. so its not a new car and wont feel like a 2010 car to drive. could have been ragged, might have wear and tear etc etc

Agree! Try the new one. You'll be very impressed!

Presumably this new car is going to cost c. £18K so an 80 mile round trip makes a lot of sense if it helps you make the right decision!
