Hi mate, I've taken my car there before, service was okay a bit badly organised was waiting around for half an hour before the work started after booking in the day before.

I'd definitely advise Volks in spon end over them 100%

My car has over 2 years warranty left on it so they have to be Skoda approved.

I don't know if Prestige are any good, but the new sales manager wouldn't budge an inch.

Not even free mats, spare wheel, tank of diesel. I went elsewhere and saved a LOT.

I hope their service centre is a happier place.
