hi, I know that this question has an obvious answer, however I have a complete blackout of my dashboard (only lights on and turn indicator bulbs operate) , despite double - checking all relevant fuses in the fusebox.

This malfunction started after fiddling with my trailer lights.

I hope I haven't burnt any lamps in the dashboard ( the readings on the air-con do not illuminate either).

I would be grateful for any suggestions, as it is weird to drive in complete darkness .

I assume you have checked Fuses F3, F10, F11 and F15. If everything controlled by the lighting control on the headlight switch if off, then you may have fried the module on the relay plate.
