Yeah I've had no issues, 'tho it seems they've got a bad name somehow, especially for aftersales. Having said that, their carriage can be crazy!

Strut & delivery (to Ireland) was €56, but that was last November. They have since released a new version.

Well fair enough, they didn't send a complete strut, but two pairs of the end brackets. Job done, all happy!

is the installation a pain? or is it easy?
