Had my new Octavia vRS (Petrol) 1 week now, and running it in (or trying to!)

Just had the Colombus retrofitted (with Bluetooth)- seemed cheaper that way, £1000 all in.

One question, at low revs in a high gear, before / as the turbo spools it produces a exhaust metallic type noise from the engine. What is that? I've been told it may be the supercharger. Don't hear any turbo whistle either.

I must admit it doesnt feel as quick as I thought it would. I had a 1.8vrs years ago and that felt quicker!

That said, I love the car - it feels quality. I'm just wondering if the noise and lack of power are maybe linked?

Your thoughts - anyone had similar noises?
