Hi when my car is moving there is a rotational noise coming from the wheels it starts from about 10mph up to 25 to 30mph after that it makes a continuous hum,I thinck it is coming from the rear can any one shed any light on this problem for me.

Probably from the tyres. There is a known issue regarding tracking that scrubs the tyres and is noisier on some brands of tyre than others. Do a search on the forums, there's plenty of info. out there.
