The peice of plastic with the electric window switch in will lever straigh up (it might be a struggle as the catches closest to the door are usually pretty tight - just have the superglue ready incase you break one). Then the plastic to the rear of that panel will slide forwards and come off easily. Then the 2 or 3 large silver crosshead screws will be pretty obvious.

There's also a bit of a trick to it to get behind the armrest - there's a lug holding the switch panel in..... Skoda Techs have a special tool IIRC. A thin long screwdriver inserted from the bottom of the handrest upwards between the door and handle will do it, but you may need to fish about a bit...... The one on my NSF door was mullered by the previous owner and it won't sit properly now :(
