I have a black magic sport bumper sitting in my shed, which I was lucky enough to get for christmas from my lovely Uncle

Basically, I was wondering how you fit it? I fitted a spoiler to my old Nissan years ago and I used this great bonding adhesive called "Sikaflex" and it was great (well, the spoiler is still on after 100k miles and six years!)

Has anyone fitted one to their Mk2? and could they just give me a bit of a pointer, such as;-

1. Do I need to remove the bumper
   
2. How do you fit the included lower grille?
   
3. is it easy to scrape on things when it's lowered?

You need to remove the lower black plastic part off your standard bumper, you also need to remove your Reg plate and torx screws from the wheel arches and the engine tray.

The instructions provided by Skoda when I bought the Sport bumpers indicated that the whole bumper needed to come off (not sure if this is actually true). It is just bonded onto the original bumper and then has a couple of torx screws to attach it to the innerside of the wheel arch and also to attach the engine tray to the bumper.

I never fitted mine and all of the above is from memory. Daz_pd also got some sport bumpers fitted to his octavia but I think he got a bodyshop todo the work as his also needed painting.
