Good Morning i am new to the forum and i am a tad lost!

Ive got a skoda octavia vrs estate and never had any problems until now, ive ran a diagnostic and it found no faults however first thing in a morning the car starts fist time with no problem but its very very lumpy the revs drop as though its gonna cut out and when pressing the accelarator nothing happens its as though there is a delayed reaction and the car realises i have my foot on the accelarator and it better rev!
