****ing spare wheel cover

Featured Replies

Went to remove the spare wheel last night, just to find a creaking. Got extremely peeved after about the 5th time the hardboard cover fell on my head. I couldn't find a way of holding it up, not with the parcel shelf in anyway.

There is a loop on the carpet cover at the back for lifting it up initially, why can't skoda fix a hook for this loop on the parcel shelf to keep it up when removing the spare wheel. :finger:

I think i am going to have to improvise, and make one myself.

The estate has a latch that clips to the top lip of the opening, holds it up, surprised they did not develop something similar for the hatch..
