Tracking mongrel fuel economy on VPower

Featured Replies

Since switching to VPower 100% I decided to be proper nerdy and start a proper spreadsheet. 1400 odd miles later and it looks like my fuel economy is averaging out around a real 45mpg. Seems a bit low, but do I care? f**k no! Bring on the smoke! Not bad for fuel nozzles designed to fuel 70% over stock PD130/150. :D

About 10% drop to what I'm currently averaging (~48mpg), but with almost 2.5x the power of mine

45mpg

designed to fuel 70% over stock PD130/150. :D

Doesn't seem too bad at all to me! :D

That's pretty good actually.

I have pussying it around the last few days. Proper economy mode - 67mph GPS, 2100rpm off boost. Boring, but gets better economy than 2500rpm / 85mph. 360 miles driven on £45 of Vpower @ 140.9. Probably take off 40+ miles for the fact I had 45 miles to go when the £45 went in, and I ran it down to the wite - 5 miles to go. :D

i go from sublime to ridiculous...fabia averages bout 43mpg my ml55 does 13mpg...

:smirk:
