Looking for Bluetooth HU with iPod control

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a new HU for g/f's Fabia vRS. Doesn't need to be the mutts, but following would be good:

- single DIN

- iPod connectivity (i.e. control iPod via head unit)

- Bluetooth with full hands free (i.e. voice dialling)

- CD (seems not all of them have CD nowadays)

I've been eyeing up the Kenwood KDC-BT61U but read a few reports saying the screen isn't brilliant - so looking for recommendations for some other options that fit the bill so I can compare and contrast.

Voice dialling is is pretty essential, as I think dialling via HU would be just as, if not more, dangerous than using moby.

Thanks for the recommendation  I had come across this during my browsing - the only thing that doesn't seem to be so good is the display, as it can't show that much (13 chars only)...?

Is the iPod connected via the USB port on the front? Or is there a separate connection on the back?

And how is the voice dialling? Any good?
