Parot

Featured Replies

I have a 3Gs iPhone but will soon have a iPhone 4/5 and want a Parot hands free kit for my Fabia vRS after seeing my friends one. I have a after-market head-unit.

How much am I looking for a drive-in, drive-out service and where can I get it done? Is there a specific model I should go for?

The parrot kits are a simple DIY job really as they are simple iso block looms, so no re wiring. What aftermarket HU do you have as most of them can have simple bluetooth boxes/units added to them for a lot less money and do a hell of a lot more.

I would recommend the parrot 9200 because as well as Bluetooth, you also get an iPod, USB, and 3.5mm jack plug, you can therefore charge your iPhone and play music through it. Also it works great and bypasses your stereo but uses your car speakers and it works great with the iPhone.

I got one fitted for £200 a year ago.

I have a parrot CK3100 fitted as does the wife in her car. Less than £80 each from Amazon and paid a local auto electrician to fit them.

Nice piece of kit and it works
