I'm trying to find a decent Octy II VRS estate.

Budget wise is around 8k, but most at this price are 60k ish miles.

What are peoples thoughts on this? I am used to BMWs which seem to go on and on - will an octy lose loads of value at resale? I only do around 6-8k per year.
