Little red arrows on the speedo ?

Featured Replies

Hi all

Does anyone know what the 2 little red arrows at the 30 & 50 km/h marks on the speedo is for ? If they are for the best manual shifting points, shouldn't they be marked on the tacho instead ? I drive an Octy II 2.0 FSi 6 speed auto/tiptronic in Malaysia. Do you have these little arrows in your part of the world ?

Thanks all. Makes sense though not applicable in my part of the world.

I thought I got shortchanged by the factory cause they forgot to put in the little red arrows on 70, 90, 110, etc km/h !
