I think when washed and waxed black is best until you take it out the drive!!!:wall:

She looks peachy now you've washed her. Lovely! I know the problem as my main everyday motorcycle is metalic black. Looks beautiful when just washed but looks like a sh*theap on wheels after riding 100mile in the rain!

Looking good, although you washed the numbers off the plate  My local dealer offers a free car wash every Saturday for all cars bought from them... I've been down with my wife's Fabia 3 times so far. You even get coffee and cakes whilst you wait :)

I'm not overly keen on letting the dealers do it, mine has got swirl marks because it is an ex-demo.

But, hey if it's free, and if it is free cake as well, then hell, I wouldn't say no :p

Clean looking Fabia's guys.

Davy

Did you not dry it? :(

Unfortunately I cant control what the dealers did before I bought it :(

The swirls aren't that bad anyway. My polishing and waxing gets rid of most of it.

Ooooh, the pleasure and pain of a black car. My brother bought a black Fabia and has sworn never to buy a car in black again. He likes keeping his cars clean, the black did his head in.

Water marks you mean...Yes I am aware of that.. :smirk::giggle: but your pictures were of a wet car.

Why did you not wait until you have finished drying it before taking the pictures???
