I got mine direct from Skoda. I bought all the associated bits including oil, coolant, gaskets etc and paid about £690.83. This gave me everything I needed to hand the car over to someone to fit it. I didn't get the oil pickup pipe though, perhaps I should have. The car was only on 35k though, so it shouldn't have been a massive issue.
