no, u have to buy the centre grille (the black plastic piece) because it's not a piece that sticks on. The surround sort of clips into the holes of the grille.

On the pre fl, you can take the lower chrome trim off but the grille is held in place quite securely. I don't know about the top chrome trim but it looks like that you might be able to..you'll have to see. I reckon it should be able to come off

Yes you can remove it as I did with mine in order to paint it black.

Only be careful when removing it because it is very fragile especially the clips.
