As promised an update on my Fabia gearbox. I saw techinician today-he says he can notice a delay in pickup. He took car to workshop and hooked up the computer and everything registered OK, but he says thwere is a software update for the DSG gearbox but my box is not on the list.He has emailed Skoda and is wating for an answer. In the meantime the car is not as bad as it was.

most interesting, as I took a member out inmy vRS on sunday, who's wifes vRS was having these same pickup problems, and he said mine drove completley differently! (I've never had any problems)

it'll surely help guys who already have cars if they know their car was built before or after yours.

well mine was first registered in october last year, and mine sufferes no problems.
