Knocking from drivers side

Featured Replies

Recently I have had quite a bad knocking noise coming from what sounds like my drivers side wheel. Its only on setting of and under breaking but does it a lot worse if the wheel is turned slightly and then set off! I have added coilovers in the past month and new drop links went in when they were done so it can't be that. It's not the console bushes as they have been checked. Driveshafts are fine! Only thing I can think of is cv joint? Has anyone had similar issues?

Make sure the wishbone is not moving backwards and forwards at the front bolt. Had this with mine and cured it by fitting a large washer behind the front wishbone bolt head and then tightened it right up. Total lovely silence.

Brian.

Anti roll bar bushes.
