Can anyone tell me when the MKII octavia was offiacially released because Im at the moment in the process of getting a rear lens off ebay its used but iv'e got it for 25 quid but the snag is :- the Picture shows the MKII nr side but when you hover over it it comes up with 2002 octavia Iv'e tried contacting the seller but he hasn't got back to me yet so im just a bit hesitant in putting the cash across .

I know that is the wrong side. But the price is for a pair, Even though they are for the FL model they will fit yous and look quite good on it.

MK2 octavia was available from the 54 reg onwards, but the MK1 vRS remained in production for at least another 12 months.

I could have sworn that advert said a "Pair" a couple of days ago emoticon-0112-wondering.gif

Looking at the pic, I'd say that was off a Mk2 as it has the central white section in a C shape which the Mk1 didn't have. Why not find some pics of a Mk1 and compare. That should tell you for sure if it is right for you.

As your car is a vRS, it also has red reflectors on the bottom of the rear bumper.
