Had my TDi Elegance Estate for about 2 1/2 years and just noticed the headlamp lens are starting to get cracks directly in line with the point at which the main beam passes through the front plastic headlamp cover. One side is even bulging out a bit. Its as if the plastic has been damaged by the heat generated by the light beam. My Skoda dealer (Progress Bedford) hadn't seen it before and has referred it to Skoda for a decision (its still under warranty). I've used headlamp stickers in Europe a couple of times, but can't see how that would make plastic crack like this. Any other members had experience of this?

Have you fitted more powerful replacement bulbs or a HID kit?

Std. bulbs should be 55W H1 fitting.

Not heard of this happening before. Can't think of anyone reporting it on here anyway.
