Just wanted to say what I great site this is.I have now puchased my first Skoda and fully intend to remain loyal to such fantastic vehicles !!.

First purchase was made at Simpsons Skoda - Colne. A trek from Stockport, but worth the journey. Very impressed with the salesman ( Mathew ), simply arrived late Sunday afternoon and after asking to test drive two vehicles, he simply handed over the keys and away I went. This was in total contrast to Lookers in Stockport, who are new to Skoda. The salesman was unable to answer basic questions regarding the vehicles I was looking at and had no idea about the products. He informed me that the caps in front of the headlights were blanks...... They were in fact headlight washers! Also Simpsons offer on my PX vehicle was slightly lower than lookers but decided that I preferred a quality established dealership.

Had my 2010 Octavia Estate - Elegance for a few weeks now, however it has developed a squeaking noise on the front suspension going over speed bumps. It is really frustrating and does not do it all the time. I have tried to replicate at different speeds but have not been able to. Seems to be worse when its cold. Anyway vehicle wil be going back for exmaination next Monday... fingers crossed for a solution and my faith in a quality dealership will remain ?????
