Do the Polo ones fit without fouling the bonnet, also any pics with them fitted

Yes, click the link in the post to see the technical thread on it.

Looking at http://www.wagenstad.com/index.php?modid=442&page=9-955-00 the part numbers you spec'ed to appear to be the wiper arms for a RHD vehicle, unable to confirm whether they will fit without any modifications etc though as I've not done it myself!
