I have a CAI for my 1.8t I need to fit a breather filter to my secondary air pump does I need an adapter as it clips on to the orignal airbox.

Look at this pic, the small filter goes into the end of the secondary airpump pipe which would of gone to the airbox

Also in that pic you have a small metal thing. that is the adapter that clips onto the SAI pipe. I got one like that and I got the same stuff but also my CAI pipe had a small tube off it too for the secondary air pump. there is no tube in that pic tho.

Just take pump off and throw it in bin done need a filter adapter then, just need a little 330 ohm resistor
