Hi guys

I ordered my candy White , black alloys and armrest on th 28 feb 2011.

I have today received an email Fromm my dealer he says:

"Your car is in production from Monday 4th April, so we should be seeing it around the third week of this month."

is this right, doe this mean my car is made or will it be made and shipped to uk then to the dealer in 3-4 weeks. Seems quick if so.

Interesting. I ordered 2 days before you and when I called skoda earlier this week they told me I would be getting built 3 weeks from now and to then allow up to 5 weeks after that for it to be ready to pick up.

I might call them again today for an update...

Surely they can't builed and deliver the car in 3 week

it takes them about 3-4 weeks from starting to build your car, to getting it to your showroom

Oh oh ohhhhh great stuff . can wait to take delivery , when will all the new shiny documents come through.

There's hope for us all then - seems surreal that speed. Happy for ya

Mine was green with black roof, black wheels and rear elec windows. Will call them after the lunchtime rush is over.

Still build week 16 for me.

Takes 1 week to build then about 3 to deliver to dealer.

about a week after you take delivery my car took 3 weeks from build week.

not got too many extra's so hopefully wont be too long although itll give me time to rob a bank

did you guys get a good part ex? i think i did but i had reservations due to the no vat, thought it would impact on the trade in value
