Iphone 4 - Bluetooth - Music Streaming?

As title really, think I have made a mistake not adding bluetooth to my octavia, only ordered this week, but before I try and add it to the order, can anyone tell me if the iphone 4 will work with the BT module in the car and if so, does it stream music etc across??? If it does stream music across can you scroll through playlists, artists etc to source the tracks you want etc???

Hi. I'm not familiar with the octavia system but I don't think the iPhone has streaming audio/visual or file exchange enabled via Bluetooth. I've never managed to get it to talk with other non apple phones on Bluetooth.

Certainly in the early iPhones the Bluetooth was only for hands free headsets.

My iphone streams music via BT to my Parrot car kit no probs

My iPhone 3GS streams Navigation commands (Navigon App) to the Bolero via BT. Not tried music though.

It works fine with Iphone 4, and you even get the Ipod icon in Maxidot
