Hi guys,

I have tried many many times to get rid of the INSP and OIL lights on my furby. It has been serviced...

I've done the procedure with holding in the reset button, switching on ignition, holding to right to clear the INSP, and then the OIL. THE SPANNER DOES GO OFF, however if I then turn the ignition off and back on again - the spanner and INSP is immediately back!

I have also used VCDS lite and the value in [17 - Instruments] [Adaptation - 10] channel 02 is '11'. I write '0' and the spanner disappears. I read back and the value is '0'. If I then turn the ignition off and back on again, the spanner and INSP is back. The value in channel 02 is back to '11'.

What the hell is going on, and how do I solve it?

i tried the turning to the right method and it never worked for me so i did it a different way which cleared it.

press and hold trip reset button , turn the ignition on , keep holding button in for 10 seconds , then release

im pretty sure it worked this way.

Nope - just tried that and it's the same.
