Skoda Fun

Featured Replies

Hi, I own a Skoda Fun and am having trouble getting hold of some touch up paint for the bumpers etc (mustard/orange).

Halfords had the paint code on their system but advised that one of the mixing paints was lead based so they couldn't

help. Most grateful if anyone could advise. Cheers.

The mixing code for the plastic parts is 6150, a bodyshop should be able to mix it for you. The problem is that they will need to mix a minimum amount to get the correct colour, so you may end up with a 1/4 litre or so, alternatively for smaller quantities a smart repairer such as Chips Away are used to mixing small quantities of paint.

Thanks very much for coming back to me. The code I got from Caffyns was 7750 but once mixed this has proved to be far too orange.

A smaller quantity is really what i'm looking for. Thanks again.

Hi Rob,

Welcome to the group :)

Whereabouts in Kent are you?

Cheers

Alex
