Electrics?

I've a 2001 Fabia and its been fine mist of the time but I've been having a few issues lately. The doors would randomly lock and unlock when driving and the electics windows would only go up if kept your finger on the buttom for several minutes.

I can just about cope with this. But now the boot catch has stopped working as has the rear wipe. The wash still works but wiper won't do a thing.

Has anyone else had this? or does anyone have a suggestion on how to get it sorted??
