Fitted fabia vRS bushes today

Featured Replies

Took me some time to get the first bush out, but the second one was out and changed in under an hour.

Just need to bleed the brakes tomorrow morning and it is job done. I opted to break the joint in the brake pipes rather than cutting the metal clips

The old bushes did not look too bad for 180k, but now they look well knackered after I attacked them with a drill :giggle:).

Thee new bushes went in first go. I did not need to use any new nuts and bolts (infact I only removed the bolts for the bushes themselves).

Nice :)

Love your workshop.Nice high ceiling.

Was a lovely sunny day, so it seemed right to work outside with some natural light. Today it is a bit damp and misty (there goes my chance to polish it again :( )

I treated her to some L&K alloys I bought at Christmas too:
