Jetex Exhaust - Video

Featured Replies

When i was looking around for an exhaust for my MK1 octavia, i couldnt find a video of a jetex exhaust system anywhere and i know a few other members have been asking the same question, so today i took a little video for you guys questioning. The system isnt that loud as its a resonated system but here you are.

Fit a Sports cat as that will make it louder.

I just played the Hill Climb on your vid with Ari in the peugeot 405 t16(have it on my saved vids) and forgot how awesome he was...

I had a Jetex system years ago, when the back box was made redundant I split it open to have a look at the flow..... It was MEGA restrictive!! This was one of the really old systems (bought in 2003 replaced by 2005) – might be different now!

There are some really good bespoke exhaust fabricators out there; I have little faith in these big brand names (Jetex & Milltek) - speaking strictly from experience!!

Did you have problems fitting 2 different brands of exhaust parts? Blueflame downpipe to a Piper exhaust? I was looking at a twinpipe Piper exhaust and matching it to either a Milltek or Blueflame cat but just hoping there isnt any issues with matching them up....

No Problem at all. They are all the same same type of fitting, providing you don't get the bigger bore 3" downpipe. But even them the downpipe will come with a reducer pipe. All these top brands supply the bits to fit to a performance cat back system so don't worry about fitting buddy.

sounds good Bowders! I look forward to the full chat one, as im looking at a twin pipe piper one....
