As a guide, I would change the cambelt at 60k miles/4 years, which ever comes first

my data tells me it should be CHECKED at 60,000 then every 20,000

and replaced at 120,000

That seems an awful long time to me though.

It also states that the tensioner pulley must also be replaced

A useful bit is that every 4 years, even if the mileage is not reached, then it should be changed too.
