How do you take the back bumper off a Mk II Fabia

Featured Replies

Hi all. I need to take the back bumper off my sister's Mk II Fabia. Is it just a matter of loosening a few Torx screens?

Thanks very much.

J

Few torx in the rear wheel arch and then some clips when you pull it off, I think that's all.

Cheers

Break harshly when there's a Mini driver following you? ;)

You need to remove the rear lights as there are torx screws behind.

I posted this when I fitted parking sensors:

Yup, rear lights come out easy, big knurled thumbscrew on inside of boot. Couple of fixings in rear arch also IIRC. I fitted a towbar to my old fabia sport. I still have the old crash bar that bolts to the rear panel and sits inside the rear bumper skin (if anyone needs one after being hit by a mini)!?!
