Right i have made a lil comparison table thingy and cant really choose which exhaust style to opt for, im most tempted by the top left style tbf.

What do you guys think?

(you may have to zoom in abit lol)

Secondly what is the best exhaust system to have on a felicia for the best power gains?

Cheers

Hey

I think quad pipes would look daft TBH and if I remeber rightly the lowest powered production that sports quad pipes is the e46 M3 with 343bhp, do you get what I'm saying?

I do however quite like the pipe either side, very VAG. but at the same time, the set up you already have looks pretty smart

keep me posted

Can anyone answer my second question?

'what is the best exhaust system to have on a felicia for the best power gains?'

size of piping, 4-2-1 or whatever etc etc

thanks

Don't know if this (clicky) is at all accurate, but if it is you could look forward to an extra BHP or so...

Eye and Ear Candy can have its value, though :)

i don't think u will see 'power gains' from the 1.6ltr engine with just an exhaust or even full system alone.

i recently had a full system put on my car.

i bought a 4-1 stainless steel manifold from ebay advertised as for a polo 6n for £155

i bought a 2.5" 100cel sports cats originally designed for a 2.5ltr wrx sti impreza it was brand new and unused, won it for a tiny £45

and i then bought standard centre and rear exhaust sections but form the diesel model which has 50mm bore pipes rather than 42mm on the 1.6 petrol.

they cost a total of about £70 plus £25 for shipping from vietnam :p

i got a offically powerflow exhuast dealer to fitting it all for me and it required a little bit of welding here and there for a cost of £120

now it's been difficult to really tell wheather there is extra power as before i got all the bits put on the car was suffering from both centre and rear baffles collapsed and a cracked manifold so it was hardly performing well,

what i can say is it is noisier but certainly doesn't sound nicer and it is a little better revving right at the top end.

i'm hoping it will show it's benefits more when i get my fast road cams and ported cylinder head fitted(courtesy of felcica16V and Teflon Tom)

you could do what i have done but get a shiny cat-back exhaust instead of the diesel pipes if u want the 'boyracer' noise and deep drone

good luck whatever you do
