Weird leak

Featured Replies

Noticed a strange leak on the car today but too dark to investigate further. Car doesn't seem to leak when left to stand, no noticable leaks on the drive, but about 5 meters from my drive there seems to what I can only describe as a splashes of liquid then a few spots afterwards. Seems too thin to be oil, wondering if its power steering fluid or something that's getting spurted out when I engage the clutch, or maybe just water from the air con. Anyone experienced anything similar?

Hope you can help, thanks in advance.

After my test drive I looked underneath and could see water dripping (warm day), was informed by Skoda dealer that its from water forming on the outside of the aircon condensor and running off.

I often see a small wet water patches when i reverse onto the road (especially on warm days).

I mopped some up with a bit of kitchen towel to reassure myself, it was clear like water and happens a lot in the summer.
