Does anyone know what size of oil filter wrench to use for a Skoda Superb, 2.0 TDI, 140bhp, 2008 ?

It looks much bigger, there is a plastic top on the oilfilter box which the wrench should be put over..

The superb has the older style filter housing, it doesn't have a socket as such. You can get proper filter wrenches for the from laser or Skoda themselves which aren't expensive or use a strap on it, just be careful.

Does anyone know if Ø76/14 is the correct size?

76 dia with 14 flats fits the filter housing on my 1.9 AWX engine.
