Fabia Mk II VRS - suitable for lunch time nap?

Featured Replies

Rather random question, but for the office monkeys amoungst us the lunch time power nap may be something you are familiar with.

At the mo i have a 2008 civic, which has fully reclining seats in the front, which make it superb for the lunch time snooze, and with the pull of a lever you can go from driving position (DP) to sleeping position (SP) in 1.7secs.

As i have yet to take delivery of my new VRS i wanted to know what like it is (or you owners out there think it would be) for the more sleep derprived monkey looking for a quick lunch time power nap? are the seats fully reclining? it is a roller or a lever? what is the expected DP - SP time?

Hahaha!

The seats are actually very comfy, there have been a few times at dinner where I have been for a sit in the car for some peace, never tried sleeping in it though!

I imagine it would be quite good if you reclined it all the way.

DP to SP hahaha brilliant

Great thread.

Too fill in for abit more : it's a recliner on the chair. Have never tried to back it all the way down tho :p!

if the estate, u could probably put the back seats down and use the area as a bed. put put some pillows in the back. if it's tinted windows would give some privacy. u could put some privacy shades to make it even more difficlut to see in.

I had a rest in mine yesterday. The seats do recline virtually flat and are very comfy if you don't mind sleeping on your back.

What an odd thread :)

I'm a bit odd anyway :giggle:

But still like the option of having a comfortable kip at lunch with some silly tunes on low, in the sunshine... almost like your not at work for that hour! :D
