Help!, stain on dash

Featured Replies

Done a stupid thing today, deceided to clean interior windsreen with Autoglym glass cleaner. Some drips dropped down on to the "mesh dash". Its a Elegance '55 plate if that means anything.Tried plain water and whilst it got rid of most of it the stain is still there.Would appreciat any advice what I can use to get the stain out. Thanks.

Try a clean soft brush or paintbrush with some mild all-purpose cleaner. Failing that, liquid window cleaner such as AG Fast Glass should work, agitated with a brush. Fast Glass will not leave any residue.

HTH.

sounds like he may have been using AG fast glass?

I would suggest a little fairy liquid in this case, with a toothbrush to give it a little scrub, then follow up with something like STP "Son of a Gun"

A little bit of neat screen wash can sometimes make a good all purpose cleaner.
